Maverick City Music is celebrating another historic milestone as their hit single “Constant” reaches the No. 1 spot on the Billboard Gospel Airplay chart, marking the group’s third chart-topping single at Gospel radio.
The uplifting anthem, released through Tribl Records, features powerhouse vocals from Jordin Sparks, Anthony Gargiula, and longtime Maverick City member Chandler Moore. Since its release, “Constant” has soared in popularity, amassing over 30 million streams, making it the most-streamed song currently at Gospel radio.
This achievement carries special significance for the collaborators:
-
It’s Chandler Moore’s fourth No. 1 single, following the success of his solo track “Lead Me On.”
-
It marks the first-ever Gospel Airplay No. 1 for both Jordin Sparks—known globally for her Grammy-nominated R&B career—and rising talent Anthony Gargiula.
Jonathan Jay, CEO of Maverick City Music, and Norman Gyamfi, Co-Founder & CEO of Insignia Assets, shared their gratitude:
“‘Constant’ has been a needed testimony to God’s steadfastness in a world that is less certain than ever. We’re grateful to the Gospel music community for the unwavering support of this song, and to Jordin Sparks and Anthony Gargiula for joining us on it.”
With its powerful reminder of God’s unwavering presence, “Constant” continues Maverick City Music’s mission of creating space for collaboration across diverse voices and genres. The track not only highlights the group’s broad impact in worship and Gospel, but also strengthens their influence in uniting communities through music.
